Returns & Refunds Policy

Hygienic & Comfort Co. supplies essential personal-care items, including baby diapers, adult diapers, sanitary pads, and wipes. Because these are hygiene-sensitive products, opened packs cannot be returned or refunded.
1. Opened Packs Are Not Eligible
For customer safety and product hygiene, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any item that has been opened, partially used, or consumed. This applies to all personal hygiene categories, including:
- Baby diapers
- Adult diapers
- Sanitary pads
- Wipes
- Other hygiene and personal-care products
Please verify product type, quantity, and size before opening the package.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement or refund when all conditions below are met:
- The item remains unused and unopened
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- You share clear photo or video evidence of the issue

3. Claim Process (Damaged/Defective Orders)
To request a return, replacement, or refund for an eligible issue:
- Send an email to hygienicsandcomfort@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order ID, a short explanation, and photos/videos of the product condition.
- Our support team will review your submission and confirm next steps.
- After approval, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions, then process replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Cancellation Rules
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible.
5. Refund Timeline
For approved refund cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), typical timelines are:
- Approval decision: within 48 hours
- Refund initiation: within 2 to 3 business days after approval
- Bank reflection: usually 5 to 7 business days
Expected total refund cycle: approximately 7 to 10 business days.
